  1A & B)  The original "Last Chance Retirement".

  2) "Last Chance Retirement 101":  This is just Part A of the original book -- it does NOT include the section on Home Equity Mgt.

  3) "Own Banker" book.  The Benefits of and how to use IUL with this concept along with the best way to design IUL.

  4)  Power Points:  There are 2 - the primary to show your client the different benefits and features of IUL (item #5 at left).  The 'Own Banker' ppt focuses on that strategy.

  5)  Booklets: there are 8 of these 40 page booklets (items in column on left #9-14) that summarize the benefits of using IUL for Retirement Savings, being your Own Banker and Index Annuities.

  6) Qualified Plans Manual: the core of this is 24 one page, color comparison illustrations to simply show your prospects the tremedous benefit and advantage of using IUL for retirement savings.  There is much additional information too, including charts for different ages of the avg. running expense factor of a top, 'best' designed IUL.

  7) Index Life Reference Manual:  The ONLY manual in the industry with a chart for each co. showing what the NET CV would actually be for the prior 20 years, based on current cap and less actual policy costs.  Along with a summary of the facts for each co., features and benefits for each policy and a co. illustration.

  8) IULDigest :  An agent subscriber site if you want more detailed information and charts on IUL for each co. and the product in general, and to be kept current of changes to all plans including ranking chart as caps change.
